These people are great. Noticed my tires were loud and was getting a wobbly feedback I contacted them, Rachel was able to squeeze me in last minute because she didn't want my situation to get worse and they had me in and out (and fixed!) in 20 minutes. My first time here but won't be my last.

Brought my car here to get an idea on cost to certify to self. First time here...tried them as I had a horrible experience at another auto shop the year before in Innisfil and was trying to find an honest mechanic. I am not a mechanic and could very easily have been taken for a bit of money. They did a complete and thorough checklist and car was certified with no additional charged. I had also brought my summer tires to be changed fully expecting to be charged for this service. Was not charged as lady at reception (who was also quite friendly and helpful) explained they had to remove tires anyway to check to certify. I have to say I left feeling great, not only because I wasn't taken advantage of, but all staff was friendly, process explained clearly by mechanic and my overall impression with how they dealt with other customers also, went above and beyond what I am used to these days...excellent overall impression. Thank you.

Took my car in for a brake job, full fronts and backs plus oil change and tire changeover. Rachel made my appointment for first thing in the morning and Said car would be completed the same day. Guess what? It was! She called me 2× to give me progress reports and let me know other small things that needed repair but could in fact wait till next visit. She did in no way try to push me into having these things done. What a refreshing way to do business. When I picked up the car, I was given a complete itemized bill along with a written report re state of tires and a report showing exactly what the other repairs would cost. The entire experience was to say the least great. By the way I took my car there based on the service they gave me while doing a simple oil change and tire change on my wife’s car. I will return again to have the other repairs done. A real gem in Stroud.
